How are we managing the COVID-19 outbreak?

The health and wellbeing of our staff and patients is always our main priority and whilst we continue to follow the best hygiene practices we’ve decided to implement some special measures relating to our appointments in order to try and limit the spread of COVID-19.

If you are collecting glasses, please make sure you book an appointment with us first as we are limiting our walk-in appointments.

It goes without saying, if you are showing any relevant symptoms such as a fever, coughs or breathing difficulties please delay your appointment with us.

Additionally, if you have been in contact with anyone with Coronavirus or told to self-isolate, please do not come into practice. Any urgent eye problems will need to be reported to NHS 111. For minor eye issues, you will need to book in when you are all clear.
